1. Why seeing progress helps
Most dreams do not move in a straight line. Some weeks you finish a lot, some weeks very little. Without a picture, the quiet weeks are the ones you remember, and it is easy to decide you are not getting anywhere.
A picture changes the question. Instead of "am I behind?", you can ask "what did I actually finish?" Small actions add up, and a chart makes that visible. It is the same idea as the 15-minute rule: tiny steps count, and it helps to see them counted.
The Progress page in TheXinA is built for that. It is not a scoreboard to beat. It is a calm look back that your Dreamate and you can both learn from.
2. What the Progress page shows
Open Progress from the menu. Everything on it comes from what you have completed in your Missions, goals and actions (see Missions, Goals & Actions for how those fit together).
| Part of the page | What it tells you | Who sees it |
|---|---|---|
| Three summary cards | Missions done, Goals done and your day streak | Every plan, including free Spark |
| Weekly Activity | What you completed in each of the last 12 weeks | Every plan |
| Completion Rate | Three rings: the share of your Missions, goals and actions that are done | Ignite and Ultimate |
| Recent Wins | Your latest finished Missions and goals | Ignite and Ultimate |
| Suggestions | Up to three short, gentle nudges | Ignite and Ultimate |
Purple stands for Missions, teal for goals and orange for actions, and the same colours are used throughout the page. If you have not completed anything yet, the page tells you there is no data and invites you to start.
3. Reading the weekly chart
The Weekly Activity chart is the heart of the page. It shows 12 weeks, each week starting on Monday. In every week there are up to three bars: how many Missions, goals and actions you completed. Tap a bar to see its number.
Look for shape, not perfection. A tall run of orange bars means a stretch of small actions. A flat week followed by a taller one is normal life. If the chart has been quiet for a while, that is useful information, not a verdict. It may be a good moment for the no-shame restart.
4. How the day streak counts
Your streak is the number of days in a row on which you completed at least one action. Days are counted in your own time zone. A streak is only lost after a whole day passes with nothing completed, so a day that has not ended yet does not break it.
The same streak powers the streak rewards. The Progress page is simply where you can see it.
5. Rings, wins and suggestions
On Ignite and Ultimate, three more parts appear.
- Completion rings: one ring each for Missions, goals and actions, showing how much of what you have created is finished.
- Recent Wins: up to five of your latest completed Missions and goals, with how long ago you finished them. It is a good place to look on a day you feel stuck.
- Suggestions: up to three short messages, for example a note when you hit a 7, 14, 30, 60 or 100 day streak, a reminder when a Mission is overdue, or a hint to break actions into smaller steps if few are finished. These come from simple rules, not from a chat, and you always choose what to do with them.
6. How to use it, step by step
- Finish one small action. Progress is built from completed items, so start with one. If you are starting from a dream, this guide shows how to reach goals and actions first.
- Open Progress from the menu once a week. Pick a calm moment, like Sunday evening.
- Read the weekly chart first. Notice your best week and your quietest, and ask what was different.
- Check your streak and, if you have it, Recent Wins. Name one thing you are glad you did.
- Choose next week's one step. Your morning plan from the AI daily planner can suggest what to do each day, and Focus Mode gives the chosen action a quiet timer.
7. When it fits, when it does not, and which plan
A good fit if you
Feel motivated by seeing a trend, tend to forget what you have already done, or want a short weekly review of your dream.
Not the best fit if you
Find numbers stressful, or want in-depth analytics. The page keeps things simple: totals, 12 weeks and a few notes. It is fine to ignore it and just do your actions.
The summary cards and the weekly chart are on every plan. Completion rings, recent wins and suggestions are part of Ignite and Ultimate. See what each plan includes for current details. TheXinA works on the web today and installs to your home screen on iOS and Android. Native apps are coming soon.
