Your AI daily planner
and summary, explained

A good day rarely starts with a blank page. Here is how TheXinA's Dreamate turns your missions into a short morning plan, and closes the day with a summary that is kind, not a report card.

1. Why a plan for today beats a plan for someday

A dream lives in the future. Your energy lives in today. The gap between them is where many good intentions quietly stall, not because the dream is wrong, but because each morning you have to answer a small, tiring question: what should I actually do now?

If you have already broken your dream into a Mission, goals and actions (we walk through that in Missions, Goals & Actions), the answer already exists somewhere in your plan. The daily planner simply brings it to the surface at the right moment, so you spend your morning doing, not deciding.

The summary does the opposite job. It closes the loop at the end of the day, so effort that would otherwise vanish gets noticed. For a long dream, being seen, even by an app, is part of what keeps you going.

2. What your Dreamate writes each morning

The morning message is a short note, under about 200 words, written in plain prose. It reads your missions, goals and the actions planned for today, then follows a simple shape:

A short greeting

One line that fits the time of day and uses your name.

A line to say to yourself

One or two sentences in the first person, such as "I have already come far, and today is a good day to move my dream forward." Words you can repeat quietly, not advice.

Three to five actions

Each one is linked to the goal and the Mission it serves, so you can see why it matters today.

A warm sign-off

A closing wish for your day, with no pitch and no follow-up questions.

Two details matter. First, the planner is read-only: it never adds, edits or deletes anything in your plan. Second, it adapts to where you are. A brand-new user is invited to share one small dream. Someone with missions but no actions today is invited to break one down together. Nothing is invented.

Because the planner points at actions you already wrote, it works well alongside the 15-minute rule: keep your actions small, and the morning list stays something you can finish.

3. The summary: looking back without judgment

Summaries come in three lengths: daily, weekly and monthly. The daily one is deliberately short, under about 120 words. It follows three quiet beats:

  1. Acknowledge: it names one to three specific things you did, however small.
  2. Notice: one honest observation about your rhythm, for example that a goal has been quiet and may need reshaping or simply some space.
  3. Look ahead: one or two soft, optional invitations for what could come next.

The tone rules are written into the feature. A summary should read like a companion, never a performance review, and it should never shame missed actions. If you completed nothing, it does not list everything you did not do. It acknowledges the quiet and offers one tiny invitation for the next day.

That matters more than it sounds. People rarely quit a dream because of one bad day. They quit because a bad day made them feel behind. A summary that stays kind makes it easier to come back tomorrow.

4. How to set it up in TheXinA

The planner is only as useful as the plan behind it, so start there, then switch on the messages.

  1. Create a Mission with a few goals and actions. Even three small actions are enough for the planner to work with. Our guide on turning dreams into goals shows how.
  2. Open Settings, then Chats & Notifications. You will find a Daily Planner switch and a time setting.
  3. Pick a time you will actually read it. Before your first coffee or just before work both suit most people. You choose the hour.
  4. Optional: turn on summaries. The same screen has the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Summary switches, each with its own time, depending on your plan.
  5. Act on one thing, ignore the rest. The list is a suggestion. Doing one action from it is a good morning.

TheXinA works on the web today, and you can add it to your home screen on iOS and Android. Native apps are coming soon.

5. Which plan includes what

FeatureSpark (free)IgniteUltimate
Daily Planner (morning plan)IncludedIncludedIncluded
AI summariesMonthlyWeekly and monthlyDaily, weekly and monthly

So the free Spark plan gives you the morning plan from day one. If you want the evening look-back every day, that is part of Ultimate. Plans and limits can change, so check the plan features page for the current picture.

6. When this is a good fit, and when it is not

A good fit if

  • You lose the first part of your day deciding what to do.
  • You already have, or are willing to write, a Mission with small actions.
  • You like a gentle note more than a long to-do list.

Maybe not if

  • You have not written any missions yet. The planner has little to draw on until you do.
  • You prefer to plan every hour yourself. A message with three to five suggestions may feel too loose.
  • Daily notifications distract you. You can leave them off.

Your Dreamate is a companion, not a coach. It offers a shape for the day. You always choose what to do with it.

AI daily planner and summary: FAQ

Does the daily planner change my missions or actions?
No. The planner only reads your missions, goals and today's actions and writes you a message. It does not add, edit or delete anything. You decide what to do with the suggestions.
What if I have no missions or no actions today?
It adapts. If you are new, your Dreamate greets you and invites you to share one small dream. If you have missions but nothing planned for today, it invites you to break one down into a small action together.
Do I need a paid plan for the planner and summaries?
The Daily Planner is included in all three plans, including the free Spark plan. Summaries depend on the plan: Spark has a Monthly Summary, Ignite adds a Weekly Summary, and Ultimate adds a Daily Summary. See the plan features page for current details.
What if I did nothing yesterday?
The summaries are written to be kind about quiet periods. They do not list what you missed or call it failure. They acknowledge the quiet and offer one small, low-effort invitation for what comes next.
